practise clinical examination

even though I already learn about chest examination, and abdominal examination last year but when i learn it this year , i just feel the same feeling. anxious, shy , afraid when i examine male patient. i am the one who have tachycardia , my hand shaking and cold. i even could not speak out word clear even i want to.

i need to overcome my fear toward male patient... in the future

so that i can focus when i am doing the examination.

pls: this is not discrimination toward male but it just happen to me and i need to adjust myself to be more serious and confident when I examine them.
